JWO Racing and Jake the Juice box Ott will continue the “Fan Sponsorship Program”
Ayr, ON, 14/08/2011
Jake Ott known as the “Juice Box” the #60 Super Stock driver from Delaware Speedway has left Perry Racing, and will not be driving the #99 Late Model in the CRA Jegs All-Star Tour. The deal fell thru upon upon learning the necessary funds were not available to operate the team beyond race number 2. This will not keep Jake down and he will continue to seek out new opportunities in racing. Although he lost a considerable personal investment it has not deterred the young talented driver. JWO Racing is currently seeking corporate support in addition to the Fan Sponsorship program. Anybody wishing to participate in the program can contact Jake Ott on Face Book or email the team firstname.lastname@example.org. For all of those who helped out with this endeavor we thank-you.

Jake and the crew have begun re-construction of his 1980 Camaro that will be returning toDelaware Speedway in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series in the Super Stock Division. The crew has had some rules adjustments t odeal and this has slowed things down a bit on the work required for the 2011 season. The people at Delaware were nothing short of amazing and that includes the staff and competitors alike. The track is a very fast 1/2 mile venue with plenty of room too run two thru the corners. With tops speeds of well over a 100 miles an hour down the straight aways and only slight banking in the corners. With last years multiple win the track no longer presents the challenge it did for the team or the 17 year old driver in getting the "setup" just right. The car will still utilize Jake's trustworthy GM Perfromance Parts 602 Crate engine, but now will have a 3 speed in house built JWO Racing standard transmission transferring power to a new 9" rear end complete with disk brakes. With a much needed increase in speed for the track it was felt a stronger and safer car would be in order. The Camaro named Kermit has been rebuilt with safety and better performance in mind, too make sure Jake finishes better and without injury. This will be Jake's 3rd season at Delaware and we need a bit better performing car. J.R Fitzpatrick was able to help out again ths year with scaling and a few goodies...Thanks again J.R ( http://jrfitzpatrick.com/ ) The cage was supplied by CSC Racing( http://www.cscracing.com/ ) and they did the squaring of the chassis for us making things allot easier. Most of the other parts were supplied by Grisdale (http://www.grisdale.com/ ) or purchased off of Ebay. The rebuild is being completed by James Ott with the help of Steve Jackson, of course Jake Ott and allot of long hours at the shop. We will try to keep the website updated as we move along

AYR Ontario,- The 2008 season for JWO Racing has opened with a bang! With the season only being three race nights old Jake has managed a heat win on May 10th and a Feature Win on May 17th. With all good things however comes a little bad. We have had to spend a few late nights in the shop repairing the car after some wild feature races. The car with all the work we have done to it is performing very well and Jake is driving the car to it's potential.
Work will continue to make progress on the car and the driver
